Klarfox is a small independent business selling digital printable worksheets and planners. This policy explains how Klarfox handles personal data, including data handled by the internal Klarfox Pin Tool — a private tool used only by the shop owner to publish the shop's own product pins to the owner's own Pinterest account.

The Klarfox Pin Tool & Pinterest

• The Pin Tool is used only by the shop owner to create and schedule pins for Klarfox's own products on the owner's own Pinterest boards.
• It authenticates via Pinterest OAuth and accesses only the owner's own Pinterest account (their boards and pins). It does not access, collect, or store data about any other Pinterest user.
• Authentication tokens are stored locally on the owner's computer and are not shared with any third party.
• The tool does not sell, share, or transmit personal data to anyone, and is not used to contact or profile other people.

Purchases (Etsy)

Klarfox products are sold through Etsy. When you buy, your order and payment are processed by Etsy under Etsy's Privacy Policy. Klarfox does not receive or store your payment-card details. We only see the information Etsy provides to fulfil an order (such as your name and the items purchased).

What we do not do

Klarfox does not run its own newsletter, ad tracking, or analytics on customers, and does not build advertising profiles. Digital files are delivered by Etsy as instant downloads.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email harthalane4@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
